be advised that the Service Provider (phoenixNAP) must upgrade the destination
Veeam environment to Version 13 before any tenants (your organization) proceed
with their own upgrades. phoenixNAP plans on performing the scheduled
maintenance for this upgrade no later than December 5th, 2025.


IMPORTANT: Please do not upgrade your Veeam environment until our upgrade has
been completed, as doing so may impact the functionality of your backup and
backup copy jobs targeting our infrastructure.

We also want to apologize for the short notice. Unfortunately, the vendor did
not provide a general release date in advance, which limited our ability to
issue earlier communication.

We are reaching out to inform you of an upcoming BGP routing infrastructure change. As part of our ongoing commitment to improving network performance and scalability, we will be updating the cam-partition which will require a rebooting bgp-colo1 (108.170.0.3)

Scheduled Maintenance Window

To complete this upgrade, a maintenance window is required during which BGP sessions will be temporarily interrupted for approximately 20 minutes.

Start Time: 10:00 AM MST on November 24th.

Duration: Approximately 2 hours

Recommended Action

If you currently have a single BGP peering, we strongly recommend establishing a second peering with our secondary node. As a reminder, you can peer your existing node with both of our BGP routers.
