Details / Risks
During the maintenance, Edge Transport Nodes will be put in Maintenance Mode and upgraded one by one. A blip in network traffic might be observed while traffic is diverted to a different Edge Transport Node.
ESXi hosts will be placed in Maintenance Mode one by one while upgrading NSX components on each host. VMs will be migrated to other hosts. We are not expecting any disruptions on services running on VMs.
There will be a brief period when no changes within NSX will be possible. This will occur when upgrading the Management Plane. Duration of this period is expected to be around 10 minutes
