We would like to inform you of an upcoming change to the phoenixNAP Client Portal (PNCP).
As of September 16, 2025, the existing portal will be replaced by an updated login page which provides easier access to our product offerings. The page has been redesigned to ensure secure redirection to your desired phoenixNAP portals, including:

• Bare Metal Cloud - Deploy, manage and pay invoices for Bare Metal Cloud
• DS Portal - Manage existing traditional dedicated server deployments
• Colo & Cloud Services - View and pay invoices, or submit support tickets for your Colocation and Cloud Services (Data Security, Backup & Restore)
• Support on Slack - Connect directly with our developers and solution experts

No action is required on your part - simply choose the right phoenixNAP service for your use case and continue logging in using your existing credentials.
